If a friend asked me who they should use for their carpet cleaning (or tile). I would refer them to Oops in a heartbeat. I had both done recently and they look awesome. I was beyond pleased with the job Josh did. This was my first time using Oops but it will definitely not be the last! more

Quicky review...main points...is Oops the most expensive? No, but it's not cheap either. Here's the thing...you get what you pay for. Do you feel comfortable having the Oops workers in your house? From my two experiences, first with Dustin a number of years ago, and now with Doug, my answer - a resounding YES. Do I recommend??? OF COURSE!! You may even have time to get them out for Christmas. more

Oops does it again!! 12/18/2012

Happy Holidays to me!! Just had my favorite carpet cleaning gentleman, Doug, to my house for my rug and tile pre-Christmas overhaul, ready for the family invasion. I am still just as happy with Doug's work as I have been in the past and my home smells so wonderfully fresh and clean. Thanks Doug, thanks Oops and Merry Christmas to you all. I had Josh from Oops come out recently and he was great! We have an older dog who has bladder problems in her old age, it has reeked havoc on our carpets but now its like none of it ever happened. Every part of my experience with Oops was pleasant from setting up the appointment all the way to the end. 5 stars! more

I am shocked, well pleasantly surprised. I called Oops steam cleaning today, after finding out my in-laws are coming a full week early (thanks honey), and wanted the house ""up to par."" I figured I could get an apt later this week, but to my joy, it turned out a tech was nearby and he could fit me in immediately.Wow. The tech showed up within the hour, was very knowledgable and not trying to add-on a bunch of stuff I don't necessarily need, which is awesome. Did the tile in the kitchen and great room too and everything looks amazing (to my mother in law I will take the full credit for keeping such an immaculate house however!). As I read through these other reviews I see my tech is on here quite a bit - Doug- and now I see why. Call Oops and ask for Doug, you won't be sorry. more

Had to make the little lady happy so I surprised her with a new maid and all our rugs/floors cleaned. Heard from a neighbor aboutt OOps (saw the truck actually, which is going to be my next point). But first, fellow came out a couple of days ago and did good one. Real good. Professional yet sporting a fine cowboy hat. That I can appreciate. Well, think his name was Doug, made the wife happy (which keeps me happy) and I am grateful, would have written sooner but wanted to make sure the rugs dryed good as he said, which they did. Now my other point - good old boy in a hat with a truck with a little gal fluffy floo floo dog on it?? He needs a manly pup on there! more

I own several rental properties in the north Houston area and was preparing to bite the bullet and recarpet 3 of my rentals. After hearing Michael Berry's radio endorsement I decided to have Oops come out and see if the current carpeting could be saved. Thank heaven I did! Doug was early for our appointment and was upfront about what could be done. And what could be done indeed was done! Thanks to Oops steam I have saved close to $4000 in not installing new carpet and the existing looks great, I will definitely have Doug come out again, in between tenants to freshen up. Couldn't have come at a better time! Highly recommend. Michael Berry is right (of course). more

You wouldnt' think picking a reputable carpet cleaner is hard, BUT IT IS. Fortunately my search is over and I could tell the world, instead I shall leave a review and hope others will find the same results. Very polite representative, early even, did NOT try to push on extra dollars - I did appreciate the enzyme treatment as Polly Jr has not been a very good girl. The service on the phone was great, but the in-home person was even better. Doug is a very conscientious gentleman that takes pride in his work and made this cautious consumer very pleased. Will definitely be back. more

Josh and Dustin did an excellent job. They showed up before the scheduled time. I don't know if that is common, but it made me happy. They explained pricing with me and went through the process of what they would do in a friendly, easygoing manner. I never felt pressured that I had to do the service. They just presented themselves in a way that was like ""If you need us, we're here. If not, it's no trouble."" They were very friendly and interactive with my autistic son as well who felt a little uneasy at first because of the sound of the steam vac. It was a quick and efficient process (even with 4 rooms plus a hallway) and above all my carpets look fantastic. more

Impressive service 5/21/2012

First off, they showed up when they said they would. The young man that did my house was very knowledgeable and professional. I had several stains thoughout my house. He treated the stains, steamed all the carpet, and even steamed the grout of my tile floors. When he finished (about 2 and a half hours) my floors looked like new. I would recommend these guys to anyone, and I will use them again! more

Oops, they were very expensive 5/14/2012

I called Oops to come out several weeks ago because if Michael Berry says they are good, I trust they are good. They cleaned about 2,000 sq ft of carpet in 1 1/2 hours. I was quoted $360 for 4 rooms plus $90 for the couch over the phone, so I figured it would be in that ballpark. I don't really know what a few potty stains should cost to clean but I wouldn't think my carpet was any dirtier than any typical 2 year carpet. I did agree to pay the $990 they charged me, but I am still in shock over the price. My husband did call and complain, but they said I agreed to pay....you be the judge if that seems like an honest price. I am usually more careful about what I pay for, but I was really sick that day, and probably would have agreed to pay anything. I am giving them 1 star, cause the carpet was cleaned. more

Beyond Excellent!!! 4/13/2012

Chris Day from Oops Steam Cleaning just left my house and I couldn't be happier! I have an incontinent older dog and a little male dog who likes to punish us by peeing on our shoes! My year-old Berber carpets looked like the were a hundred years old and walked on by the entire Fifth Regiment! They now look absolutely brilliant and you'd never know my dogs peed anywhere on them! Chris does an excellent job and he is incredibly polite! Be sure to ask for him! more

Terrible customer service 4/3/2012

I called Oops Steam Cleaning and set up an appointment for my condo to be cleaned. I specifically stated and was reassured multiple times by Wayne that they could clean high rises. The actual guy that came out was very nice, however he informed me that they would not be able to reach my place because they had not scheduled their large truck with extended hoses to be there. What a joke. I called the office to try and set up another appointment and the lady on the other end was very rude and inconsiderate. I'm sure they do a great job cleaning carpets but don't call if you live in a highrise, what a waste of time. more

Great service 3/29/2012

Just had our carpets cleaned by Oops and am thrilled with their service and the results. I must admit, they were in pretty bad shape thanks in part to multiple pet incidents, but they are looking great now. We had been relying on our Hoover rug shampooer - obvisously it just wasn't cutting the mustard. more

My experience with Oops has been pleasant, highly satisfactory and worth reviewing. I like to see what other people have to say too, and after reading...all I can say is unbelievable. I am referring to the ""gentleman"" who went off on a tirade and a whole lot of ""waaaaaaaaaah."" Good grief man, isn't it time to just let it go? Seems to me that you are probably an ambulance chasing, cat hoarding good for nothing, who thinks a little too highly of himself and is obviously looking for something for nothing. Yep, I said it. Go back to the discount outlet and get some new $50 ""irreplacable"" rugs and see what your ""appraiser"" has to say about those. And you probably have a good amount of sand in your.... ""shoes."" (Anyone with a sharp wit and brain in their head will know what I mean by THAT). Ok, off my soapbox. Oops is an upright AMERICAN company that delivers on its promises. Thank you. more

Great job - ask for Doug 3/24/2012

I just got my carpet thoroughly cleaned and it has never looked better. A guy named Doug from Oops did an amazing job - he looks like one of the ""Sons of Anarchy!"" lol. He was a super hard worker and got along great with my husband as he rides Harleys too. He worked his butt off and then kindly refused (!) the tip we offered and said all he wants is for us to pass on the good word. So here I am! If you want a great job by a cool guy call and ask for Doug. Thanks again. more

Wait a minute here... 3/12/2012

I am supremely glad I decided to write a review at this time, especially after reading the last review from a Berry listener. I too am a faithful listener of Mr Berry and do take into consideration his endorsements. Thus I too had Oops come to my home for a trial cleaning if you will. Doug was the gentleman that arrived, early I might add, and was truly the hardest working carpet cleaner I have ever seen. I too have lived all over these United States and have witnessed cleaning the country wide and this company is by far the best. In regards to the ""upsell"" - Doug explained my options thoroughly and I proceeded to have my downstairs area cleaned to his recommendation. I am able to make my own decisions based on the information provided to me, and did so. Because of his exceptional work I will be having him return to complete the upstairs portion of my home. Oops is the great American company that Michael Berry endorses, and are exactly what you represent them to be. Let the buyer beware and if you are not comfortable with an ""upsell"" then say no. It is not rocket science. I realize this is a public forum, but good grief! Let Oops come to your home and wow you too. Thanks Doug! more
