There were two guys, Wade and Brian, that came out to clean my apartment. First, they arrived within the 3hr window... which was nice. We had terrible terrible black (really!) stains in our entry and throughout our living room. They arrived and were through within an hour and so far, the stains are gone. Would do business with again.
