Let me just start by saying this is the second time I have used this company and will never use anyone else. They are the most professional carpet cleaning I have ever dealt with from scheduling to the awesome technician (Doug) who has come to my home on both occasions to complete the carpet cleaning. I enjoyed talking with Doug who is quite the expert and a pleasure to do business with. Don't waste your time with other ""bait and switch/wet and jet"" type companies. As always, thank you Oops!
