You wouldnt' think picking a reputable carpet cleaner is hard, BUT IT IS. Fortunately my search is over and I could tell the world, instead I shall leave a review and hope others will find the same results. Very polite representative, early even, did NOT try to push on extra dollars - I did appreciate the enzyme treatment as Polly Jr has not been a very good girl. The service on the phone was great, but the in-home person was even better. Doug is a very conscientious gentleman that takes pride in his work and made this cautious consumer very pleased. Will definitely be back.
