I own several rental properties in the north Houston area and was preparing to bite the bullet and recarpet 3 of my rentals. After hearing Michael Berry's radio endorsement I decided to have Oops come out and see if the current carpeting could be saved. Thank heaven I did! Doug was early for our appointment and was upfront about what could be done. And what could be done indeed was done! Thanks to Oops steam I have saved close to $4000 in not installing new carpet and the existing looks great, I will definitely have Doug come out again, in between tenants to freshen up. Couldn't have come at a better time! Highly recommend. Michael Berry is right (of course).
