My experience with Oops has been pleasant, highly satisfactory and worth reviewing. I like to see what other people have to say too, and after reading...all I can say is unbelievable. I am referring to the ""gentleman"" who went off on a tirade and a whole lot of ""waaaaaaaaaah."" Good grief man, isn't it time to just let it go? Seems to me that you are probably an ambulance chasing, cat hoarding good for nothing, who thinks a little too highly of himself and is obviously looking for something for nothing. Yep, I said it. Go back to the discount outlet and get some new $50 ""irreplacable"" rugs and see what your ""appraiser"" has to say about those. And you probably have a good amount of sand in your.... ""shoes."" (Anyone with a sharp wit and brain in their head will know what I mean by THAT). Ok, off my soapbox. Oops is an upright AMERICAN company that delivers on its promises. Thank you.
