On time and fast! 12/15/2013

I needed my puddle light replaced on my 2013 Mustang GT. I scheduled an appt. online and got there five minutes early and was able to bring the car rIght in. They looked at the light and ordered a new one which came a couple business days later. Went back for install and got right in and was on my way in three minutes. Thank you! more

Windshield wiper bushings 12/14/2013

My windshield wipers quit working, and in Seattle that's not going to be ok. Took my 2000 F150 in to Brien Ford Quicklane. Unfortunately the bushing kits no longer serviced a vehicle that old, so I had to purchase a whole new linkage assembly, but, it was installed quickly and guaranteed for life. more

Just a dead battery 12/10/2013

I had a dead battery but was unsure if that was all that was wrong because the voice activation stopped working 3 days before. I called and was able to have it looked at right away. I was able to jump start it to get it there. They gave me a ride home and called when it was ready to pick up and came and got me. It was just the battery and I guess it restarted my voice activation when they replaced it. They could have ripped me off easily if they wanted. But they didn't. Instead I got honesty and quick pleasant service. Thank you! more

Routine (and sometimes not) maintenance such as oil and filter changes are always done in a friendly, timely fashon. Always appreciate the shop reminding me of future items needing service. Honest and reliable. Good job!. more

Great sales person and no pressure tactics... 12/9/2013

Great! Researched online for vehicle and communicated via email with dealer. Arrived for a test drive and discussion about C-Max Hybrid and financing options. Let them know I would be in contact. I emailed next morning and said I will buy. No pressure what-so ever. Great sales person as well. Brad was very well mannered and explained everything clearly. more
