No wait; Received a key to drive a vehicle in just a few minutes after copy of license. No pressure from salesman. Sales manager very earnest and wanted my business. Bottom-dollar prices on new-used vehicles. I drove up from Tacoma because of the price. more

I called to set an appointment for an oil change and they were able to get me in same day. I decided to wait while my car was being worked on. The complimentary drink from the coffee stand was much appreciated especially since it was a cold/rainy day. The waiting room was not busy at all so that was also a plus. I've been to a few different ford dealerships to get my car worked on and none was as painless as going to brien ford. I'll definitely be coming here again. more

I appreciate that Mr. Wilbur was low key and direct in dealing with me on purchasing a new car. The only thing better may have been one thing which I will try and followup on soon; the possibility of upgrading the stereo system that is installed in my Mustang with the optional 500 or 1000. Maybe you can let me know about that. I did not give five stars on this yet, but may move it up, as I find things to come in to take care of on the car, have just one or two minor items. more

This was the second time I chose a Ford Focus with the assistance of Brad Schell and both times I was very impressed with the service I received and am totally satisfied with the vehicle Brad helped me acquire. Brad is so personable, knowledgable, and is totally considerate in terms of listening to what I want, what I can afford, and spends ample time in doing so. No pressure, no rush....extremely helpful from start to finish....even at the end when helping me transfer my belongings to the new car. He even reinstalled the infant car seat for me! Brad is the most balanced, courteous sales associate I have ever met at an auto dealership and the other team members were an impressive part of streamlining this experience for me. AND I found just the car I was looking for, right down to the color! Yaaaay! more
