Up front and honest 12/4/2013

I've purchased 3 new cars from Brien Ford and have had nothing but positive experiences before, during, and after the sales. I've used their service department, Quick Lane, and parts department for all of my cars, whether purchased through them or not, and have always had exceptional experiences. I've been to other dealerships and I can honestly say that I will buy no Ford from anyone other than Brien. more

I would send any of my friends and family to get a new car from this dealership the atmosphere is not just to get some one to buy a car But to start a relationship with the customer. I find that Brien Ford is one of the best places to buy a new or used car. more

it is just hard to stop by and get a quick service y their always seam to be 2 hr wait time makes it hard to stop by in a work truck for a oil change because I don't have 2 hrs in the day to wait and then I am paying so one to sit in a waiting room .I know its not the same service but a 20 half hour at jiffy lube is what works for most oil changes if you offerd a straight oil change I tell other plumbers about it but they don't have the time also more
