convient, friendly, clean 2/8/2014

came in for tune up and oil gasket, but no not that , a power steering leak was the problem. Nice not to have to fix both. feel they are honest, means a lot more

Another excellent experience 2/8/2014

My 2011 Escape was due for its 40K mile service. The service was prompt and friendly. The recommendations for items that needed attention was succinct and not pushy. I highly recommend Brien Ford. more

The team at Brien Ford were awesome. You couldn't have asked for a better of a family friendly group than what you have at Brien Ford. My F150 salesman out did himself. No pressure and didn't push the product. He answered my questions without asking any questions. He was there from the start supporting everything I asked. Even the guys not working the sale were great. We talked more about family stuff and sports than selling. I would have no problem sending my wife on her own without me to buy her own car AND I would know she would walk out with exactly what she would want and a great price. Those husbands out there know what I'm talking about. I've been to the other Ford dealerships and I know now which is the best. Brien Ford has a lifetime customer. Now a little about the service team. Take your car to this team when you have a problem. Not only are the super friendly but they are also great at getting your problem fixed successfully. You won't find a better team to work on your car. I don't know how Brien Ford did it, but they've gotten the best of the best to work for them...Keep up the great work. more

Maintenance 2/3/2014

From buying our Explorer to oil changes we have been VERY satisfied. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had,I am very hard to please and do not like the games sales people try to play.There was no pressure,lies or any other tricks I have found in the past.Thank you for being so great to the public. more

We chose to visit Brien Ford because I'd done my research online (cars.com) and test driving. Overall Brien Ford prices seemed to be more affordable across the board than another Ford dealer closer to us. The salesman Paul Wilbur was great! So were all the other employees we interacted with that day. Thank you for a positive experience! more
