The only reason we go to Brien Ford is because it is close.

I am so happy that my car is running well. It was not an easy fix but, they kept looking for the problem and they didn't charge me extra when I brought it back. more

Quick Lane 10/15/2013

Basic Service was fine. My only disappointment was when I initially called to make a service appointment, the person I spoke with advised that the quick lane would be able to correct my recall issue so I went ahead with the quick lane rather than an actual service appt. Upon check in, the quick lane advised they could not do the recall service ( reconnecting my cruise control ) and therefore I had to go on my vacation without cruise control. more

Using the quick lane is great if you get there early. I had no wait and the car was ready in a half hour for the 10,000 mile maint check and oil change. more
