Didn't play typical used car sales games 4/9/2014

I made them a fair offer, they made me a fair counter. Didn't resort to the childish games so many dealers do. Brien had the specific used car I wanted, so it wasn't exactly a tough sell. more

Great Communication 4/8/2014

I very much appreciated the email communication. It eliminates a lot of calls and call backs during the work day. Unfortunately, not all the work on the car was completed. In my email, I asked for the tires to be rotated, but I got home, and they were not! So I jacked up the car, got my jack-stands, a wrench, and did it myself. That is my only complaint about the service yesterday. more

I believe it is all about the experience and Brien has this down! The service dept is top notch, quick, professional and they walk you to your car for the final inspection. I would recommend them to anyone! more

Oil Change 4/7/2014

Always great coming to Brien Ford. Their Quick Lane is QUICK! They now are doing reservations. That will help and speed up their service! This is the only place I will take my car for an oil change. The staff is great! more

Genuine Friendliness of the Salespeople 4/6/2014

I think that the best part of the entire visit was the genuine friendliness of the salespeople! They made us feel very comfortable and weren't pushy at all. It was a wonderful experience and we found the car of our dreams! more
