Customer service 10/27/2013

I had to drop off my vehicle before the shop opened and try to catch the bus to my workshop. I was running late and was afraid I'd miss the bus so I dropped the key in the box with no note and had to call in what I needed done. They were super accommodating and understanding to my situation and completed the service quickly. There were a couple of preventative maintenance things that needed to be done and they talked me through everything thoroughly and I felt great about the communication and cost of the services explained. I will continue bringing in my vehicle to the folks in the Quick Lane shop at Brien Ford!! more

Attentive, informative yet not pushy 10/23/2013

A positive experience other than we did not like waiting so long for someone to write the contract. They need a little more help in that dept. Also the other dealer who was delivering the car with the features we wanted took all afternoon to get around to it. However this was out of the Everett sales dept control. more

Troubleshooting non code problems 10/21/2013

Woke up to my truck not staying running if I took my foot off of the gas. Started and ran just fine other than that. Took it in to Justin at the Quicklane and he suggested we test it, but no codes had been sent and it was no longer doing it after about a mile of road use. My luck is it would rear its ugly head again so I asked what he thought it was. Had the guys take it apart and she runs like a top and stays running, thanks Brien Ford! more

I was able to get down to business and bypass the usual sales BS. Works for me. Otherwise I just turn around and leave. I got prompt answers to my questions. Finalizing the sale went fairly quickly and smoothly. more

Quick and Efficient 10/18/2013

When I took my Escape in for it's oil change I was able to get checked in quickly, and was told it would be about an hour by the time they would get the car completed. No worries on my end. I was just glad to get the service taken care of that late in the day (5:15 PM or thereabouts) without any issues. And as always they were right on time with completion. Thanks! more
