Everytime we take our car for service, the service staff are attentive, fast, on time, communicate clearly and often. The shuttle to/from work and the free coffee make life much easier! more

The Service staff is so knowledgeable & friendly 11/8/2013

Rico is very good at what he does. He listens and takes you customers concerns seriously. He is always friendly and ready to answer questions. The cashier was very sweet. The technician that went for the drive with me was polite and knew how to tell me to drive so we were able to test the car. Vern in used sales is the nicest cutest man in the universe! more

C-max energi purchase and truck trade-in 11/1/2013

Just bought a C-max energi from Paul and Josh at Brien Ford. They were professional and enthusiastic about the car and the whole process of sale and trade-in. I got the car below the consumer reports bottom line price and they gave me what online calculators said my trade-in was worth. more
