I love Dick Hannah I'm always happy to bring my car to them. The service department is very knowledge and they really care about me getting my car back in a timely manner. Dick Hannah is the best, I wont go anywhere else! They were honest, prompt, and affordable. I called Tuesday morning, dropped my Jeep off at noon, it was serviced, washed, and ready to go at 4:30. \r I called around and priced this service ahead of time. As always Dick Hannah Subaru at the Vancouver Auto mall had exceptional customer service. They back dated all of my reciepts for my members for life account. and I was able to book my appointment for same day service. There were two things that I was not impressed with and that was that they didn't vacuum my carpets, and my due time of the car of over an hour late. And I had to call the dealer to find out what the situation was. more

I was able to schedule my appointment for the exact date and time that fit my schedule the best. They did the work in the time that they said it would take and they even washed my car for me before I got there to pick it up. Very nice service associate as well. She was very knowledgable about the car, as I had questions concerning the breaks that she answered without hesitation. I scheduled my service by phone and was able to get in the next day. My service advisor, Brandon, was courteous and professional. He greeted me and got my car in right away. My promised time was 4:30, but they actually finished by 2:00. Check out was fast and easy and I was able to use my Dick Hannah reward points--saved me nearly $40! I scheduled my service online and chose the date and time I wanted. It was confirmed by email and I had a great customer service agent call to confirm and make sure I was taken care of.\r \r When I got there they got me in right away to a covered bay, which was great because of the rain. They discovered there was a recall on a speaker wiring harness and repaired that all at the same time of doing my normal service.\r \r I would highly recommend Dick Hannah! When Dick Hannah closed their Ford store on Broadway I had to find a new location to have my Ford Serviced. It was an easy choice to go where most of the service personel transferred to. I have been going to Acura Service ever since the Ford closure. My usual service guy Jason is no longer working there so I have been bouncing between some newer guys. I miss the personal touch and thorough work that Jason provided. He never missed a beat! It seems that most of the ""old"" crew have all been phased out over my last few visits. I only recognized one guy. I worked with him and he was not nearly as friendly as Jason was. Not to mention that he failed to order a part for a service I had made an appointment for. So, when I arrived for the service they did not have the part and I had to reschedule. A real inconveinance for me. I was a little miffed and moved on to a difference person. He performed as I had come to expect from Jason. Very much on top of it, and he went the extra mile to check on a Ford part issue. He also made sure that I got my ""customer for life"" tire replacements and did not squabble about it at all. I had just returned from a cross-country trip and the first guy I spoke with said my tires were not ready to be replaced...noting the tire tread was not shallow enough. I thought this was a bit wrong since I had to get service on the road and the last two places I had service warned and cautioned me about driving any further on my tires. HMMM? Well, I don't like the one guy (not giving names here) but the second guy will be a request next time I get service. All-in-all I love the Acura service department. They do great work! more

I needed my Honda Insight serviced before a 1,200 mile trip to visit grandchildren. The Service Department at Dick Hannah Honda were able to schedule an appointment within a few days. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee who ensured all my concerns of the vehicle would be addressed. In a few hours my car was ready to drive home and the mechanics found no unforseen problems, That's always a plus!\r May I mention I bought my last 4 tires at Dick Hannah under their Trax program and will never have to purchase another set of tires as long as I own my vehicle. I bought a FIT from Dick Hannah Honda in 2009 and I have to say I love this car! The car is great but also my over-all experience with Dick Hannah Honda has been top-notch every time I have been in there. I always feel as though I am a special person when I go there whether it's for service or if it's only just to pick up a car wash coupon. My time seems to be as important to them as it is to me. I took my Odyssey in for it's 15,000 service and they said it would take about 2 1/2 hours. They were really busy, so I settled in for a long wait. I was very pleasantly surprised when it only took a little more than an hour. It was one of the big services, not just the oil change. I will keep bringing my van here, because I know they will do the job correctly and in a timely manner. more

I have had our Jeep Wrangler and 300 serviced here on numerous occasions. Kerry, my rep, was always courteous and friendly, as were all the people working there. My promised time in was always prompt, and I have even gotten the vehicles back earlier than the promised exit time. I like that I can go online and set up a service time instead of having to wait on hold to speak to a busy mechanic. If we weren't moving to GA soon, I would keep coming here for continued service.
