Once Again - Great Service 11/5/2011

We now have two Subarus to get serviced. We bought the full service package for each car. The service is outstanding; we brought our Outback in for the Recall update and they threw in a free windshield wiper at no cost to me. We feel we economized by purchasing the full service packages because we expect our cars to last for a very long time. The Team at Dick Hannah Subaru continue to do everything necessary to make that happen. more

Great service! 11/3/2011

Took my car into the Chrysler, Dodge dealership for an oil change recently. I was able to conveniently schedule my appointment online, they got my car in right on time and had it back out to me in shorter time then estimated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only place I will be taking my car for oil changes from here on out. more

service appointment 11/3/2011

I took my Acura TSX in to Acura of Portland for a maintenance service appointment. They greeted me immediately and were professional and polite. They called me when my car was done, which they actually finished it way ahead of time and when I picked my car up they went over everything thoroughly. My overall experience was good. I will continue taking my car to Acura of Portland for any service needs. more

Service Department 11/3/2011

I bought a new Subaru in March of 2011 and so far my 2 experiences with the service department have been very good. My car was done before the promised time and they offered free shuttle service, even though I work a mile away and walked. \r \r Their price for the oil change/tire rotation/inspection for my 3500 and 7500 mile service were high, but that is to be expected with a dealership. However, they did email me an oil change coupon the day before my car was serviced and I was able to bundle it with my scheduled maintenance. Overall a very good experience. more

A long Time Customer Still Satisfied 11/2/2011

Brought my older Jetta in with a many faceted electrical/transmission problem that seemed to have no clear cause. The great mechanic at Dick Hannah Volkswagen ran the problem down and solved the various issues I was having. The car is once again reliable and I can breathe a sigh of relief. Though it took some time on his part, the repair cost was very reasonable I felt.\r \r I have been using Dick Hannah Volkswagen since soon after I purchased my Jetta new at another dealership in 2000. I would recommend their service to anyone needing Volkswagen repair or maintenance. They have been fair and honest with me. They have always been helpful without the pushiness I felt during the few times, in the past, I used different repair services.\r \r Greg R. more

The service was outstanding as usual:). I took my car to be detailed,and they did an even better job then I was expecting. They also gave me a ride home while I was waiting for the car. All, the staff is friendly,professional,and very helpful. If you need service for your Volkswagen as far as I am concerned there is only one dealer to go to, and that is Dick Hannah Dealerships. more

SAM at Acura Of portland Service dept 10/22/2011

It's always a pleasure to go see the service dept. I can talk to them about whatever is bothering me about my car. Talking to Sam really makes my day. He's really efficient and a man of his word. If you have any repair or service to be done just talk to Sam and you walk out of there happy, not like some other places that people call stealership instead of dealership. All I can say is if you want to have a great experience just talk to SAM or Glen, they are the best. THANKS GUYS. more

Excellent, and more excellent, service and sales both. I just had another experience with my car in service department, and all I can say is it can not get any better than the service I have had here.Glen, Roy, in service, and Sandy in sales. all the staff was great. Old Rey Reece/New Dick Hannah on 122nd Ave 10/6/2011

I made an appointment to have our VW Passat looked at for an incessant beeping noise and a dash reading saying the handbrake was on even though it wasn't. Of course, when I brought it in to the dealership, there was no beeping or dash read out. Ugh. A wasted trip. However, Cory, the service rep assigned to me, didn't charge me for the diagnostics and said to call him whenever the car started beeping and he'd get me in right away without an appointment. So... the next day when it started beeping, I did just that. And he did just what he promised. It was a bad relay (thankfully just a $13 part) and with labor and all, I was only out $200. I'm a happy camper. more

Acura of Portland treats their customers well. Everyone was polite and their were no surprises. I purchased my last two Acuras from there and have been pleased with the service over the past 8 years. I would recommend their Service Department to friends. more

A cut above 10/3/2011

I'm a customer for life with Dick Hannah, and there's a good reason for it--their automotive service and customer service are excellent. We've been with them for years now. Recently I brought my car in for its 60K service. Prior to bringing the car in, I was given a schedule of manufacturer recommended services and their pricing, so there was no surprise when I got my final bill--I knew ahead of time what the potential cost would be. I also required a loaner car, and, as usual, Dick Hannah Acura was able to accommodate my request. I also received several appointment reminders by both telephone and email beforehand --how convenient is that? I really trust the folks at Dick Hannah Acura on Stark St. The car goes in, and it works just fine until the next scheduled maintenance is due. Not to mention that they wash and vacuum it. It's always a pleasure to get in the car after they've worked on it. It's clean and works very smoothly. I highly recommend them. more

Went for a scheduled maintenance 10/3/2011

I've been doing business at Dick Hannah Kia for many years now (I think we're on our 5th and 6th Kias) and as usual, this appt. was completely satisfactory as they have all been. I trust this company very much, and that is saying alot when it comes to car dealers! From sales to trade-ins to service I appreciate the ongoing relationship I've shared with Dick Hannah Kia. Always friendly always professional always trustworthy....I cant imagine going anywhere else. Dick Hannah Kia is something that you just never have to worry about or be uncomfortable. Dick Hannah ACURA of Portland 9/30/2011

I have only been a Dick Hannah (DH) customer for a few months and I will go there for life!! I recently had my first minor service done. Where they found some major leaks and other repairs needed. But, it was all covered by the warranty I had purchased. Saving me more than the cost of the warranty. Other very notable likes about going here is: the service guys are great, DH gave me a brand new sweet loaner while my car was getting worked on, they exceeded my expectations. Jared D. more

I had a great Experience when I took my Honda to the Dick hannah Dealership. My honda had a recall, they got me right in fixed the problem in a couple of hours and the best part, cleaned my car inside and out. It looked awesome when I picked it up, made my day.\r Janice more

Wonderful customer service 9/27/2011

I've always had great experiences with the service department at Dick Hannah Honda. But they have really upped their game! The print-out provided at the end of my appointment will help me remember all that we talked about and that still needs to be done on my car. I never felt rushed and was able to ask all my questions. Jason went above and beyond and looked up items on my account that led to me getting some additional money off my service that I wasn't expecting. I tell all my friends what a great place Dick Hannah is. If my Civic ever wears out, I'll certainly get my next car there. more

Wonderful Service with Dick Hannah Honda 9/26/2011

RIght when I pulled into the garage I was instantly greeted by one of the staff and didn't have to wait very long to get my paperwork filled out. I oped for the shuttle service and I didn't have to wait long till we were on our way being dropped off. My vehicle was completed in the timeframe they said it would be done and the shuttle service called me back and we scheduled a pick up time and they were promptly there to pick me up and when I arrived again to pick up my car, it didn't take long to get everything completed.\r \r From beginning to end, I experienced great customer service and everyone was nice and prompt and appreciated the extra service like vacuuming/washing my car after they were finished. All these little things make Dick Hannah a great place to take my car. more
