Great Service Department 2/2/2011

I have been bringing our Pilot to Dick Hannah for service for years since we bought it. We have never been disappointed. The car is always ready when they say it will be ready and they don't try to sell the ""extras"" that other places try to. The Blue/Green team is always very professional and never pushy. The shuttle service is very handy as well. The drivers are very prompt and polite. more

Great Customer Service 2/2/2011

My husband brought my 2001 Honda CRV into Dick Hannah for an oil change. I told him that morning, ""I would love to have the car washed and vacuumed if they still do that."" He came home with a clean car and said the service was great. We have been very happy with the service we have received over the years at the Dick Hannah Acura dealership. more

Good, honest car sales and service 2/1/2011

I have always had a great experience with this service department. Brad in the service dept. has gone out of his way in dealing with uncooperative warranty companies. I always know the cost up front and can decide what I can fix before the bill comes. I will continue to buy and service my cars at Dick Hannah Chrysler Jeep Dodge. more

Dick Hannah Honda Service is an excellent choice 1/29/2011

We have done for the all scheduled services for both 05 Pilot & 06 Accord by Dick Hannah Honda since new. We are very happy for their services so far. I took my Pilot for 75k miles service last week and I was very happy with their professional & timely outcome. May be they can be a little friendlier. more

Excellent service! 1/28/2011

I have never been more comfortable getting my car serviced than I was when I was at Dick Hanna. Che was extremely helpful and even tried to save me money! It doesn't happen everyday that a service center tries to save the customer money. I would definitely recommend using their service dept. for all you needs. They don't beat around the bush and they were straight forward with what they were doing. more

I always get professional and friendly service at Dick Hannah. They're service starts the second you pull up to their service garage. I never have to worry about leaving my vehicle and they have very prompt and friendly shuttle services. I'll never go anywhere else! more

Never disappointed 1/28/2011

Growing up I was told never to take my car to a dealer to get it serviced, no matter what (unless it's under warranty). But when I moved to Portland, I didn't know any reputable mechanic, so I took my TSX to the Acura dealer. Except for the occasional oil change or tire rotation I do myself, I've kept going back. Their service staff are always friendly, and they really are looking out for your car. I don't ever feel ripped off. I don't know what their other dealerships are like, but I'd recommend the Dick Hannah Acura location any day. more

I had a great experience buying my CRV here and I had a small issue with the car first week I had it...which was not big deal...but they did everything to help me out and get it taken care of!! They have been great to do business with! more

I have been taking my Honda's to Dick Hannah Honda Service since 1992 and have been nothing but pleased with their work. I didn't think that they could improve their customer service, but I was wrong. Upon picking up my vehicle, it was washed and vacuumed! Keep up the great work. more

Dick Hannah Dealership in Vancouver WA 1/17/2011

I have the lube for life program. I always get a time that works best for my busy schedule. The service on the phone and in person is always excellent. They review and tell me what needs to be done to the car for my next visit. They also tell you if they found anything unusal like the nail in my tire that they fixed for me..\r Thanks for the super service and attention to detail more

Dick Hanna - Great service 1/15/2011

had some scheduled maintenance for my van and I thought it would be about 1200.00 and when I got there they said it would be around 700.00. I added some additional things and that brought the total up to 900.00. But when I took the bill to the cashier she asked if I had a discount card and then proceeded to take 175.00 off the bill, that was nice to say the least. more

Now this is service 1/13/2011

Wow, the door was opened for me upon my arrival, I was promptly escorted to the manager of the team who was responsible for my auto, and he was smiling! What a congenial and welcoming intro to having my Forester serviced and all of my questions answered! This was such a nice experience that I will definitely be a return customer for the oil changes and warranty work. What a way to start a day and upon return my car had been washed and it just sparkled. Thank you Dick Hannah Dealership for making my day. more

Dick Hanna Chrysler-Dodge in Vancouver WA 1/13/2011

I took my 2004 Dodge Intrepid to the service department at 7:30am on 1-8, and they took care of my needs in a friendly and courteous manner, and it cost less than they had quoted me. The car was ready to be picked up only a few short hours later, and I was very satisfied with the service department staff. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that has a Chrysler vehicle. more
