I scheduled my service online and chose the date and time I wanted. It was confirmed by email and I had a great customer service agent call to confirm and make sure I was taken care of.\r

When I got there they got me in right away to a covered bay, which was great because of the rain. They discovered there was a recall on a speaker wiring harness and repaired that all at the same time of doing my normal service.\r

I would highly recommend Dick Hannah! I love my Kia Soul!!!
