Best Service Dept Around! 7/6/2011

We have purchased 2 Acura's from Dick Hannah as well as had several family members buy from them. Not only is the dealership amazing, but the service department is hands down the best in town. Not only are the prices competitive, but they know what they are working on! Sam in the Portland service department has made every encounter enjoyable and easy. I have never had trouble getting in for service promptly or been left waiting an unreasonable amount of time for completion of my vehichle. Become a customer for life - you won't regret it! more

Celica service great for 11 years! 7/2/2011

I purchased my Celica in 2000 from the Kelso Dick Hannah and have had all the service done there since. I LOVE these people. They are professional and thorough and I have never had reason to not trust all that they say or do. more

Honda, Suburu -- they're all excellent 7/1/2011

We have 4 cars, and we take them all to Dick Hannah Automall in Vancouver. Wednesday I showed up when they opened as my one remaining Pilot key had cracked and was too scary to use. Within the hour they had made me a new one and repaired the old one -- they were busy but managed to work me in. I plan ahead when I can, and we schedule our regular mainenance work, but I can trust them to take care of us in an emergency too. They are great, friendly, efficient people. Great coffee too!! more

Great service department! 7/1/2011

Located in SE Portland near Mall 205, is a great Acura dealership with outstanding customer service. Not only when we purchased our vehicle over a year ago, to very simple repairs and help. The service department is very clean, with a great waiting area that has good coffee! Free wi-fi so I can work while I wait. Every time I have been in for routine oil changes to nail in a tire that needed fixing, Glen my service rep has been exceptional! more

Awesome customer service 6/30/2011

I have bought many of my cars from Dick Hannah, and each time i have to have service done, it's been awesome. They are very attentive and willing to explain in detail what service needs to be done. We have had service and warranty work done by Dick Hannah Kia in Vancouver, WA. The service people and parts people are pretty incredible. They listen and then they fix it. Car washes and a sense of humor are appreciated. We drive 50 miles for service at Dick Hannah Kia. It is nice that they are efficient, honor our time and arrange for shuttle or loaner car if it is an extended appointment. 5 stars for Dick Hannah Kia for Great Customer Service and Repair Service. more

I had my Acura MDX serviced and have always appreciated that Dick Hannah's dealerships provide such amazing customer service! I love their ""Customers For Life"" program! They replaced my tires last year and always offer to go above and beyond. I feel fortunate to have Glen as my service advisor at the Acura dealership. He always makes me feel like a valued customer! Volkswagon Service 6/24/2011

I recently had our 2008 Jetta serviced to replace a recalled part at Dick Hanna VW. In addition, there was a bulb out in one of the tail lights. I was prepared to pay for the bulb replacement, but was told upon checking in with Josh that all bulbs were covered under warranty and there would be no charge for that repair, as well. The service took as long as was estimated, and when I returned to pick up the car, it had been washed, vacuumed, and the windshield was rain-x'd--even for a no-charge recall/warranty covered service visit. Excellent service every time. more

Good Customer Service 6/23/2011

I took my car in for repair for the first time since I bought it. I have a 2008 Kia Spectra and took it to Dick Hannah Kia at the Vancouver Auto Mall.\r My appointment was for 7 am, which is when they open. I was there 10 minutes early. Devin opened the door before 7 and started my paperwork. Devin was quick, efficient and knowledgable. I asked if I could have my car back by 3pm and he said he would see what he could do. He offered me shuttle service and made sure he had all the information needed quickly.\r \r I had a phone call by 11:30 stating that my car was ready. I was very impressed. They fixed the issue as well as a recall that I was unaware of. \r \r When I went to pick up my car, there were no hassles and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes with a fixed, clean car.\r \r I will be sure to take my car to Dick Hannah Kia in Vancouver for any other service or repair I may need!\r \r Thank you very much for such a great experience! \r \r more

Good Customer recovery 6/23/2011

I purchased a used KIA Rondo from Honda dealer at the Vancouver Auto Mall. When the weather warmed up in Eastern Washington I discovered that the A/C did not work. Long story short, Jane and Devin were very nice to deal with. They went out of their way to expedite our service, since we made the 4.5 hour drive from Eastern Washington. We really felt that they both put out extra effort to make sure things were taken care of properly. It really made a difference to my wife and I. We sincerely appreciate all they did to resolve our service issues. Thank you very Much. more

Oil change at Dick Hannah Honda 6/22/2011

Service was prompt and friendly. The obly issue I had was that when I called and made the appt, they said it would include a car wash and vaccuming of my car. With neck and back pain, this was very appealing to me so I wouldn't have to do it myself. I was told I'd be in and out in under 1.5hr. When I got there, I was told 2 hrs. I didn't end up with the hand wash or the vaccum, but they did give me the card to get my car washed, which I already get every month anyaway. Not a huge deal, but was a bit disapointing. Other than that, the experience was good. more

I've finally found a service department that treats me friendly and fairly. Dick Hannah's service reps are efficient, informative and take good care of my car, and me. I love how high-tech they are and how streamlined the process is! Though it is a bit of a drive for me from NE Portland, it is well worth it! Go service team Blue! more

I got an appointment the same day I called in. I was greeted by professionals that enjoyed their work. I was kept informed on the progress. The work was done completely and cleanly. The car was washed and vacuumed before it was returned to me. I would recommend Dick Hannah for your car care. more

If you are looking for a comfortable, competent, friendly place to have your car serviced, look no more. Dick Hannah Toyota is the only place I take my 2008 Sienna for service. The service staff is always prompt, friendly, and thorough. It is a pleasurable experience each and every time I have been to their service department. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for my own vehicle.
