Just picked up my Jeep from the service dept here in vancouver. always great service, clean and courteous. It cost less to fix the problem then they quoted me and they even vacuumed out my car before I picked it up. WOW. more

Absolutely First Rate Customer Service! 1/7/2011

If you EVER need your car or truck repaired or painted....this is the place to go. I have had my car repainted due to vandals and it honestly looks better than new!...The service dept. is the best I have ever found!...absolutely top notch!...Ask for Stacy!...she's the bomb! more

Dick Hannah's VW service 12/28/2010

Twice we have taken our 2010 VW golf in for service-once for the included first check (something we've never had before) and now with a tire problem. Both times we had excellent service, attention and both times the service was completed on time or before the stated time. This last time the young lady who assisted me (on 12/27/10) with a tire problem was efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. the price was also below that of other quotes we had been given as well, and I got a same day service appointment! more

Service and Satisfaction are unreal! 12/23/2010

I recently moved to Vancouver and have taken my car to Dick Hannah VW in Vancouver three times. The first two were for scheduled service and I was totally impressed each time. Staff was friendly, courteous and very thorough. Recently I had unexpected car problems at 7 am and without an appointment had my starter replaced by 10 am. I very highly recommend them and would never take my car anywhere else! more

I been a customer of Dick Hannah for quite a few years and I have nothing but praise for the guys at the service department along with the car sale guys. The have great customer service and they're very professional, that's why I keep coming back every time I need my car service or need a new vehicle. more

Best place to buy! Best place to get service!! 12/23/2010

We bought our car a couple years ago from Dick Hannah Honda. We absolutely loved the exceptional service we received. We have taken our car in to the Service Department for every service need so far and Natalie on the Gold Team has taken great care pf us each time. We don't mind sitting in the great customer lounge area for short service waits and we love that we can get a free rental car with the Customers for Life Program on longer service times. Dick Hannah Honda and The Service Department are simply the best!! more

Great Customer Service / Great Experience 12/22/2010

Purchased my car from Dick Hannah and had a great experience. I've taken my car to several other places for service and have always had mixed results. I just took my car in to Hannah for a 65,000 mile service. The appointment couldn't have been better. First, I was able to create an account online and schedule my appointment online without any hassle. Took the car in the next day and the service adviser was great. I asked them to check several things and let me know on before they did any additional work. Received a prompt call from the service adviser, they said everything looked great but they did find a nail in my tire which they patched for free! Picked my car up and was on my way. Everything went great and I would recommend Hannah to anyone! more
