I was able to schedule my appointment for the exact date and time that fit my schedule the best. They did the work in the time that they said it would take and they even washed my car for me before I got there to pick it up. Very nice service associate as well. She was very knowledgable about the car, as I had questions concerning the breaks that she answered without hesitation. I will not hesitate to return in the future for any of my service needs on this car. I will also recommend them to my other VW owner friends.
