the service seemed to be very good! They go above and beyond with the car wash, which is always a nice feature! The staff was friendly and helpful! There was a short wait in the beginning, even though my appointment was at noon, but they did have things ready about an hour earlier than expected which was fantastic! Overall, we were very pleased! more

I have a Nissan but heard from 2 people that Hannah Kia was the place to go for service, so I thought I would give it a try. From Sarah, the service writer, to Dan Denman, the actual tech on my car, these people were AMAZING! I don't know what all they did for a simple oil change, but I could almost swear they waxed my car. Highly recommend Hannah Kia, no matter what you're driving! more

This was my third visit to Dick Hannah 4/13/2012

This was my third visit to Dick Hannah Acura for routine service, and as usual, they clearly understand customer. My car was dropped off quickly, options were discussed for what was definitely needed, and possible issues to come up (brake linings). They were courteous and the car was ready about 20 minutes before it was promised. I own my fourth Acura (since 1987) because of the quality of their service. This didn't disappoint. more

Last week as I restarted my 2006 Optima 3/20/2012

Last week as I restarted my 2006 Optima I noticed that the RPM reading remained at Zero and was not responding. I headed straight to the Kia dealer where I was treated warmly by Devin Henry. After inquiring as to the problem the data was gathered on my car. With in several hours of dropping the car off Devin called to let me know the extent of the problem and then call later to let me know it was completed. There are not enough adjectives to describe the Pleasant experience. Devin Henry and the crew deserve a BIG pat on the back for their customer service. I have always been an Advocate of Good Customer Service and certainly The Staff at Hanna Kia Deserve the the tile of Good Customer Service. more

I take my car to Dick Hannah in Kelso, WA. They always do an awesome job. I was met at the door and promptly taken care of. The shuttle driver was great with my granddaughter; she had a great ride. The car was done when promised. It it always a pleasant experience to deal with this dealership. more

I usually have my Honda Element 3/14/2012

I usually have my Honda Element serviced at Dick Hannah in Kelso WA, it is closer to my home. They do a great job and have great prices. They also wash my vehicle when they are done and fill the windshield wiper fluid. There waiting room has TV, WIFI, coffee, tea or hot cocoa, and I can bring my dog in to wait with me. Great place to go. Thanks more
