I have never written a poor review for a company so it speaks volumes that I will about this one. I found the company on Maytag's website (I have since encouraged them to remove them from their site) when our fridge has on the fritz. Their repairmain came out and pronounced that there was a short in the light bulb socket and thermostat and a part would have to be ordered. When we did not receive a phone call in the time promised, I called the company to see what was going on. The lady I spoke to was curt and said that the repairman had not gotten back to her yet. When I explained that he promised us a call back so we could approve the cost and get the part ordered over the weekend, I was greeted with absolute silence that I eventually broke by saying goodbye. I looked them up on [business rating bureau}, found they had a rating of F, and immediately called another company. The new company came in, looked it over, and said there was not a short; a part had merely become detached. He saved us over $100! His service call was $20 less than Cap City as well. A complaint was made to the bureau, at which point the owner responded that he hoped that the ""jerry-rigged:_ system would hold and that he hoped the new company was still in business whe the part fell apart. I could have done without the sarcasm. Poor response, poor service, and poor experience. Trust the [business rating bureau]....they rock! My new company has an A rating and they were the best!
Pros: None that I can tell
Cons: Dishonest or incompetent service; rude customer service
