Read kolper65hiall-same issue but we have bisque stove and got a black panel and they are so cheap they would not pay to overnight a panel when the one we got was defective. Been w/out a stove for 3 weeks. Jenna told me to eat a ham sandwich or go out and eat. Then SHE cancelled the order and told Maytag I did. When we called Maytag, Jenna told Maytag I cancelled the order. Jody and Jenna were very rude and not willing to help the customer. Still w/out a stove for another 4-5 days. Do not use this company!
