This was the worst customer service experience .They make me sick..They sound drunk or HIGH you pick..They had NO common sense what so ever. First I talked to Jessica and then to Gina and then to Jill. neither could handle the situation on their own or were smart enough to. You must not have to be smart to answer the phones.HAHAHAHAHA But the guy who came out was an older gentleman. His shirt said mike but with the way the company iS im not to sure.HAHAHAHAHA but he was wonderful.looked at it and took care of it for me right away..SO
