Capital City sent a repairman twice to fix an icemaker and door-light issue on a Kitchenaid refrigerator. Unsucessful, neither the light nor the icemaker worked after $225 spent. 3rd visit, different repairman from same company fixed the problem in less than 3 minutes. Even though I was promised credit for the misdiagnosis overpayment; it never happened. The schduler/owner/foreman creep refused to issue credit even though the first repairman acknowledged he had misdiagnosed and promised that I would at least partially be reimbursed for the overpayment. Summary: $50 repair cost me over $275 which is obscene. How this service lists these guys with 5 stars might tell you something about the rating service because it surely doesn't tell you anything about Capital City.
Pros: They may be good if you get the right repairman
Cons: If you get the wrong guy, he will engage in trial and error and you will pay for it.
