Best Toyota dealer in Seattle.

Worst

The oil change appointment went 1.5 hours past the time promised of 1.25 hrs, which almost caused me to be late for work. I'm not sure why an oil change and tire rotation takes 2...

I love getting my car serviced at Burien Toyota! They have a top notch team, comfortable waiting room, and I feel like building a good customer service relationship with me is more important to them than grabbing all the money they can. I highly recommend them! more

Good deal on a Toyota Sequoia. They had to work to find the exact one we wanted and bring it to their store. We traveled from Portland by train and they picked us up at the stop and had us in out new care in just a couple of hours. Very knowledgeable and friendly. more

New Owner Clinic on July 18 7/27/2013

The New Owner Clinic on 7/18 was great. The topics covered were helpful and relevant. The length of the event was just right. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and take pride in their work. The food was wonderful as were the prizes given away. The final detail, getting my car washed while I attended the event was very much appreciated. Thank you for a great time and for paying attention to the little details. more

They offered to keep their eyes out for what we did want, and got our info. Of about 6 dealerships, this is the only one who really did follow up and in a nice way not too long after.\r \r After a day or two of the car shopping dance, I know when I'm being waltzed with and when someone is stepping on my toes. In this case, it was like a lovely fox trot: quick, easy and friendly. more

collision repair 7/20/2013

took longer than we were told to repair our Prius & the work wasn't all the way done. Between the collision center & our insurance there was a communication on ALL of the work that needed to get repaired. Now our car has to go back again to get the work finished. We will be without our car again for 1-2 more weeks after they had it for 6 weeks before. more
