Last week I brought my Toyota Tacoma truck in to be checked for what was thought to be leakage around the left front strut and the right side of the power steering rack. I was given a loaner as it was initially thought the truck might have to stay overnight. I did not check my voice mail on my cell phone and had the car for an extra day. My apologies for the goof. But the great thing was your people were so kind and efficient. There ended up to be no problem. You did not charge me and you also cleaned my dirty truck. Wow, I am so impressed with your staff.A big thank you from me. So many times you only hear about the gripes. I just wanted to you to hear about your laurel wreath at the end of the race!!
