We knew what vehicle we wanted and were ready to buy when we visited Burien. They didn't have the exact vehicle we wanted on the lot and needed get it in from another dealer. We agreed on a price quickly and left a deposit. The whole thing took about 45 mins.
The next day, the vehicle was ready for us to pick up. There was more paperwork to do this time. But we were in and out with our new vehicle in maybe an hour and a half.
We experienced none of the car salesman 'tricks' that sometime plague the industry. No high pressure sales tactics. No misinformation. No leaving us to wait while the salesperson talks to his manager. No long drawn out negotiations to get to the right price. No changing the deal afterwards. No pressuring us to buy extras and add-ons we didn't want like fabric protectant or extended warranties.
Throughout the entire process, everyone at Burien was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, respectful, and straightforward to deal with.
