took longer than we were told to repair our Prius & the work wasn't all the way done. Between the collision center & our insurance there was a communication on ALL of the work that needed to get repaired. Now our car has to go back again to get the work finished. We will be without our car again for 1-2 more weeks after they had it for 6 weeks before.
