The oil change appointment went 1.5 hours past the time promised of 1.25 hrs, which almost caused me to be late for work. I'm not sure why an oil change and tire rotation takes 2...

Annie was ready to take my car at the appointed time and made sure it was ready as promised so I could catch the ferry. Also, when she let me know what the car needed (cabin air filter) she was not pushy about it and left the decision up to me. more

I had my camry's oil changed from Burien Toyota. It took a little longer that usual but it was understandable because it was just so busy plus it was raining. After all washed and vacuumed my car. Perfect service. more

Everyone i spoke with was very nice. But the loaner car I used had a very dirty inside front windshield, when the sun shined in I could not see at all. In the shade no one would have seen in and the car was in the shade when I picked it up. more

This was my second visit to Burien Toyota for routine maintenance of a '12 Prius. Both times I was in on time and out ahead of schedule. That is a rarity in my experience. Thanks!! so much. more
