Best Toyota dealer in Seattle.

Worst

The oil change appointment went 1.5 hours past the time promised of 1.25 hrs, which almost caused me to be late for work. I'm not sure why an oil change and tire rotation takes 2...

I would like to complement the staff at Burien Toyota. They are so out going and complete from the beginning to the end of the purchase. After the purchase they still stay in contact with you to make sure you are still happy with the vehicle. Great place to buy a vehicle. Thanks Wayne N. more

They gave me a loaner car for an oil change, just so I didn't have to miss productivity at work. Fast, friendly, reasonable service, I would recommend to anybody. more

My entire family has purchased a Toyota truck or car in the last six months from Burien Toyota (Tacoma, Rav4 and a Prius). All of us worked with Jesse and Mark for the purchases. Ensuring Loyalty 10/16/2013

Efficient service, going above and beyond to ensure customer loyalty. Toyota ran a diagnostic on my SUV and found out that the auto shop that serviced my car recently put in my water pump belt wrong, causing damage. Toyota let me keep my car rental from them free of charge while the other auto shop fixed the damage that was caused. Wow! Thank you, Toyota. You have my loyalty! more
