Worst

The oil change appointment went 1.5 hours past the time promised of 1.25 hrs, which almost caused me to be late for work. I'm not sure why an oil change and tire rotation takes 2...

I was a walk-in for a 5,000 mile check-up and oil change just a day ahead of departure on a 1,500 mile trip. In and out in 90 minutes! Used a Castrol rebate for part of it. more

Burien Toytota is one of the best dealerships to work with. Our experience was pleasant, and our sales rep Do was extremely helpful had a "no pressure" attitude. Great service 9/27/2013

I usually do my own service but when I purchased my 2008 Tacoma from Burien Toyota they gave me 2 free oil changes. So, I have now had my 2nd service done and I am so impressed with the experience that I plan on continuing to use them instead of doing the job myself. They are professional and really know their stuff about Toyota's. They never tried to sell me anything and gave my truck a thorough inspection and clean bill of health. I have never much cared for dealerships in the past but that has changed now. Thanks. more

Loss of air in Right front tire 9/26/2013

Service department agreed to look at the problem even though they were very busy. The "wait" was long, but worth it to get the problem taken care of. more
