Worst

The oil change appointment went 1.5 hours past the time promised of 1.25 hrs, which almost caused me to be late for work. I'm not sure why an oil change and tire rotation takes 2...

As soon as you arrive there is someone to get you started with your service on your car whether you have an appointment or not. The service is always done thoroughly and I love the car wash and vacuum. That's a $20.00 savings. more

Bobby Lynn and his staff give me the help with my car selection and great follow up help. Now the service dept helps with my car with hand washes i am very, very picky about my car the young people call it anal .Well thats me and they are good on the service side of the Biz. Burien toyota is the place to go for your car needs. more
