Best Toyota dealer in Seattle.

Worst

The oil change appointment went 1.5 hours past the time promised of 1.25 hrs, which almost caused me to be late for work. I'm not sure why an oil change and tire rotation takes 2...

The reps are very friendly and helpful. I always feel that they are interested in the customers. Also, they are not high pressure about any repair recommendations. more

They listened very well to what was going on with my truck. They treated it like it was their own car. The spent time with me teaching me about my car. I didn't feel rushed at all. Felt like they cared about me and my car. They also didn't cut corners and did a heat job. I truck runs great thanks guys! Worth evey penny! more

vehicle was priced on line for $ 1,000 less that window sticker. Ended up paying $ 600 more than necessary - and sales staff resisted putting free floor mates in the vehicle more
