Best Toyota dealer in Seattle.

Worst

The oil change appointment went 1.5 hours past the time promised of 1.25 hrs, which almost caused me to be late for work. I'm not sure why an oil change and tire rotation takes 2...

Quick, easy, efficient, nice place to wait 11/2/2013

Took my Scion iQ for its annual checkup and oil change. There is a fantastic waiting room with coffee, wifi, TV or no TV room. I studied in the quiet room, and it was done in no time. Easy in and out, and my car was clean when they gave it back. Like their people and their service. more

Friendly staff 11/1/2013

Took my car in for an oil change car wash and vacuum and it was really clean. The only thing was there was a few spots that they missed while washing the car. But that's just me being nitpicky. Other than that it was perfect. The lot Porter was really kind he opened my door for me and left the engine on which was nice. Little things like that matter a whole lot to me. more

Shuttle Service is Great! 10/30/2013

Taking advantage of the shuttle service is the best. They will literally drop you off and pick you up while they look at your car so many errands that I got done thanks to them more

Dependable service 10/26/2013

My 2005 Carolla needed a new clutch and the fuel injectors needed cleaning. In the course of all this they found a hole in the intake manifold, which was also fixed after they called me for permission. Burien Toyota takes care of their clients, preventing trouble before it could start where possible. more
