Best Toyota dealer in Seattle.

Worst

The oil change appointment went 1.5 hours past the time promised of 1.25 hrs, which almost caused me to be late for work. I'm not sure why an oil change and tire rotation takes 2...

My first time to have my car serviced here. I was truly impressed on how they took care of me and my car. My service adviser, Dawn, was fabulous and follow up with me through the whole process. Again, truly impressed and was pleased with my experience there. more

Got a good deal, but seemed like they weren't happy about it 11/18/2013

My fiance and I bought a used Corolla S for a good price but I felt that they weren't happy that we got a good deal on it and seemed rude even after we bought the car (excluding the sales man- he helped us out a lot- just his manager seemed unhappy). Also, when we were with the finance lady- she kept pushing us that we should buy the warranty even though we said no 3 times. They just seemed too pushy. I liked the Fife Honda dealership better.... more
