Best Toyota dealer in Seattle.

Worst

The oil change appointment went 1.5 hours past the time promised of 1.25 hrs, which almost caused me to be late for work. I'm not sure why an oil change and tire rotation takes 2...

Curtis Did an Outstanding Job on My Car. 12/9/2013

Curtis, an Outstanding Service Manager, immediately took care of my concern about the emergency brake light_it needed oil. He also let me know the original brakes might need to be replaced. His courtesy and knowledgemade me feel right at home. That is why I keep coming back for 25 years and previously had both cars serviced with Burien Toyota. more

Got my concerns taken care of 12/8/2013

I visited the service department for my first service. Had 2 concerns along with the oil change. I had those 2 problems fixed. I had my oil change done. I checked out my engine bay. I saw oil spill. it was not big but it took my impression away. so I cleaned it myself. It's my first sport car so I expect it to be clean. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the service that I was provided. service advisor was nice to me. more

Burien Toyota did an excellent job detailing my truck... worth every penny!! They did what they said they were going to do and in the quick time frame they said they were going to do it in. more

A no bs visit ended up in the purchase of two trucks. These people will actually go to work to make sure you get the best deal! Don't trust those other jokers ( specially Toyota of Tacoma, what a joke!) more

Competitive pricing for service 12/7/2013

I have shopped for service at other dealers and aftermarket service and Burien Toyota has consistently been the most competitive in price. Service is speedy, reliable, and they stand behind their workmanship. I like their coupon specials for service and parts. more
