Best Toyota dealer in Seattle.

Worst

The oil change appointment went 1.5 hours past the time promised of 1.25 hrs, which almost caused me to be late for work. I'm not sure why an oil change and tire rotation takes 2...

They were able to fit me in without an appointment and gave me a true ETA for my maintenance. I received a call letting me know additional items that needed to be taken care of soon, but were not pushy at all. Overall really quick, thorough and helpful. more

I got a used Toyota Rav4 from Burien Toyota in Sep 2013. The staff were friendly and helpful. Chris Foss helped me find a great car that we really liked, and we also got a good deal with financing. Even after a month or two after we bought the car, Chris would call me now and then and enquire how things were going and whether we were happy with the car. Super service. more

long wait 12/26/2013

In the past I've always had Excellency on-time service for my appointment. I was disappointed with this visit in that they were an hour late in even taking my car back for service. It sat in the service bay with the hazard lights on for over an hour before they serviced the car. 4 pm appointment and left around 6:30 for a simple tire rotation and 25k service. more

Front strut replacement 12/26/2013

This was for the left front strut. The strut was making noises and they ordered a new strut and replaced it and noise is gone. They also gave me a loaner for the day. more
