Worst

The oil change appointment went 1.5 hours past the time promised of 1.25 hrs, which almost caused me to be late for work. I'm not sure why an oil change and tire rotation takes 2...

Solid Service but No Need for Car Wash 1/29/2014

Would give 5 stars but this is the 3rd time I have specified no car wash to save time. The car wash was still done each time as I waited around in the lobby. more

GLAD YOU REPLACED MY NEW BATTERY 2 TIMES - ALL FOR A BAD CELL. EACH NEW BATTERY HAD THE SAME PROBLEM - MY ORIGINAL ONE LASTED 8 YEARS WITH NO PROBLEM. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THAT BRAND? THAT IS WHY ONLY 4 STARS. more
