Worst

The oil change appointment went 1.5 hours past the time promised of 1.25 hrs, which almost caused me to be late for work. I'm not sure why an oil change and tire rotation takes 2...

Exellent Repairs to my vehicle. 2/11/2014

My car was damaged when it was rear-ended. After the repairs were completed, you could not tell that it had ever been damaged. I was very pleased. more

Friendly and speedy service! 2/9/2014

Once again, Eli took very good care of me when I stopped in to have my oil change. He greeted me with a wonderful smile and a firm hand shake, which I so appreciate. Took care of my car from front to back including new wiper blades. He is a top notch technician and I very much appreciate him. Thank you Eli!!! more

I left the downtown dealership 2/5/2014

and I won't be returning. I don't mind taking an extra drive for good service but when I sought out a change from the Seattle dealership to Burien I was pleasanly suprised. It's so much easier to check in, check out and in general I feel like I'm getting honest information. It's also helped that I've had the same tech just about everytime I've gone to have my car serviced. It's the little things that matter to me and Burien is solid in all the ways that matter. more

battery not keeping a charge 2/1/2014

glad you found that it was a bad battery & the small battery. unhappy that it didn't last longer & the new one costed about $300.00 more
