Successful Call 7/20/2011

Jim came to my house on Saturday, July 2nd, and completed a diagnoses to determine cause of the water leakage from the basement ceiling. He was successful in locating the cause of the problem which to my relief was not an expensive result. Jim was courteous and helpful in his explanation of the cause (bathtub and shower need to be grouted). I would absolutely use BIshop Plumbing again. more

Over-charged! 7/19/2011

We were completely over-charged by Bishop Plumbing. They charged $425.84/hour for a simple rodding job, and then refused to guarantee the work, citing difficulty with access because of the size of the clean-out. Other plumbers have charged much, much less, worked longer and guaranteed the work with the exact same clean-out. We believe that they took advantage because we had a young housesitter, and were unavailable by phone at the time of the proposal. When speaking with the manager, they only offered $75 refund and no guarantee. Unacceptable - and we'll never use them again. Neither will any of our neighbors. more

Sewer Backed Up 7/15/2011

Guys came out same day, went right to work, had my sewer free and clear in an hour. Guys really knew their stuff. Well worth the price! more

Replacment of Hot Water Heater 7/11/2011

Cormac, came to our home and replaced our old Water Heater. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and clean. He knew what he was doing. He gets 4 stars because no one gets 5 ie perfect. Glad we had Cormac. more
