Watch out. Questionable billing. Had a shower that needed rodding. Showed a price of $594 to rod. 45 minutes later still clogged. Of course we agreed to it...thought it would be fixed.The tech showed new price to ""see the piping"", Cutting open the ceiling to see pipes...additional cost $400 bucks...what are you suppose to do?You already owe $594...so maybe something is really wrong...after that...advises that we have illegal piping...excuse me but home is 45 years old..they were not illegal then...and clog is stuck in it somehow...so to come out and still try to fix costs an EXTRA $1500...they price in tiers..seems job gets worse and worse. They mean very much what they write...so if they say ""attempt""..they will charge you for the techs try...even though the tech cant fix it..then some how there is something more wrong and then its a ""new"" job to open your ceiling and peak at pipes. Then a ""new job"" to come out again....luckily told a friend about what was happening and referred me to another plumber $150 and 45 minutes and my clog was done!!!!! I was naive and signed all the paper work...BEWARE..this company knows most people wont read paperwork on a rod job....dont sign any of their waivers...because you are waiving your right as a consumer to cancel their jobs...then when you complain...mind you not swearing and screaming...just a complaint stating their pricing/billing is fraudulent...Diane acuses you of threatening and will hang up on you. This is obviously their well written script as I see here over and over again the same complaints. NOTICE HOW THE 5 star ratings are vague good jobs, ..barely any details. I wouldnt doubt they post to the website to offset the F reviews.
