We were completely over-charged by Bishop Plumbing. They charged $425.84/hour for a simple rodding job, and then refused to guarantee the work, citing difficulty with access because of the size of the clean-out. Other plumbers have charged much, much less, worked longer and guaranteed the work with the exact same clean-out. We believe that they took advantage because we had a young housesitter, and were unavailable by phone at the time of the proposal. When speaking with the manager, they only offered $75 refund and no guarantee. Unacceptable - and we'll never use them again. Neither will any of our neighbors.
