Kitchen Sink problem 6/22/2011

Dear Bishop Plumbing, Our plumber today was magnificent. We had a huge sink/disposal problem. He was helpful, attentive and very good at his job. He was worried about keeping everything clean and moving things. He was very sensitive to the fact that I was babysitting 2 grandbabies and he was so patient. Our tech was Cormac Connolly and we would reguest him again , hopefully not too soon to have another plumbing problem. He also informed me of the discounts, which is so very helpful because we are retired. Thank you again, Donna Moore more

Sanitary Drain Line 6/22/2011

Dear Bishop Plumbing, We have a major problem with a copper pipe your technician, Brock came out on time and saw the problem immediately and discussed the options. He is very honest and forthright so there will be no surprises. We greately appreciate that because we are retired and on a fixed income and love our house. We chose option A which was the least invasive , hopefully it will be successful and we will not have to go to option B. Brock was here a year ago and again solved a major plumbing problem. We appreciate his dedication, good sense of humor when things are difficult and expertise. Thank you for your help and we hope if we have to again seek your help , you will be able to dispatch Brock Dullum. Very grateful patrons of Bishop Plumbing. Sidney and Donna Moore more

There was an issue with the sink draining poorly. The problem was quickly identified, explained clearly, and then fixed. The technician's work was quick and clean. No complaints at all, and I plan to use Bishop for any future problems. more

Reliable 6/10/2011

Bishop Plumbing is a very reliable service. We figured out when they would arrive since I had a tight schedule. Diane even wanted to change the appointment but worked it out so the work could be done today. Diane called me to tell me and within 10 minutes, Bryan arrived. He checked out the sump pump and described it as a dinosaur. Within about 1 1/4 hours the new one was installed. Bryan showed me what he did and described how it worked. He was polite and very tidy. \r This was the second time within about 6 weeks that we used Bishop and have been very satisfied with the work. We will call again if we need to, but hopefully not for a while! more
