Jim came to my house on Saturday, July 2nd, and completed a diagnoses to determine cause of the water leakage from the basement ceiling. He was successful in locating the cause of the problem which to my relief was not an expensive result. Jim was courteous and helpful in his explanation of the cause (bathtub and shower need to be grouted). I would absolutely use BIshop Plumbing again.
