Review content:
This was one of those 'WHAT THE HELL MOMENTS?' I phoned in an order for pick up and everything was fine when I arrived at the location. Problem, after I gave a $20 bill to the take out clerk/bar chick she returned with my change. With my hand extended to receive the change she placed on the top of counter while looking square in the eyes and my hand still extended to receive my change. And she said, "What (very nasty)???" And I took a deep breath, and advised her, 'if someone place $$ in her hand, she should place the change back in the customer's hand'. She said, ' I've always placed customer change on the counter and she didn't understand what the problem was'. I told her she really need to work on her customer service skills. So I asked for the manager, she initialed hesitated. So, I asked other waiters to get the manager. The manager came out and I advised him of the problem and HE SAID, 'I will take care of it! (I will believe it when I see it!) That want to be blonde should not be working with customers at ALL! Maybe this MILLERS ALE HOUSE is doing okay, but this is one less customer they will get another $ from!
