Businiess name:  Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Review by:  Susan W.
Review content:
This might be the most HORRIBLE Enterprise branch I have ever used! Don't get me wrong, I love Enterprise, I have used them consistently in many cities because of the two services that distinguished them from the rest of the other rental car companies: 1) they pick you up and drop you off from your home/hotel to the enterprise site; and, 2) you can drop the car off at any Enterprise branch regardless of where you picked it up. Then I went to the Enterprise branch in Capitol Hill and had the most miserable experience. Ever. I just moved to Seattle and was dropping off my rental car to this site, since it was the closest to my new home. But this branch refused to take their own car because they said they had no space for it in their lot. With four people in the office and not a single customer in sight, they looked like the laziest bunch you've ever seen, not willing to lift a finger to move some cars around and totally disregarding my pleas that I wasn't familiar with Seattle and that I had a 3years-old with a babysitter waiting for me. Wanting me to do their job for them, they had me drive all around Seattle looking for another Enterprise branch, only to be told by the second branch that the Capitol Hill branch staff were being "ludicrous"; calling the Capitol Hill branch up on my behalf and blasting them for not doing their job. After bringing the car back to the Capitol Hill branch, the staff had the audacity to try and weasel their way out of giving me a ride home. DO NOT USE CAPITOL HILL ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR! And BEWARE of Aimee and Michael, the rotten elements of that branch.
