Review content:
I used to be a member at the Salinas Athletic Club but it can be expensive, along with many other gyms, to be a member. The one thing that I really miss though is the indoor lap pool. Most gyms in Salinas do not have a pool so it was really nice to be able to swim instead of working out on the machines all the time. But I do recommend the Athletic Club, especially if you are willing to pay a little more to work out because they do offer many different activities to help you stay in shape.
