Businiess name:  Tanner's Bar & Grill
Review by:  John K.
Review content:
Located in the heart of downtown's bustling Quality Hill/Garment district, Tanner's has been operating at 10th and Broadway for about as long as anyone can remember, and they still pack the customers in. The tap selection is composed of an abundance of "big three"(AB, Miller, Coors) beers, and a smattering of craft and import beers. The food is consistent, and often delicious, especially the Thursday night steak special. The staff is an ever-changing parade of young waitresses, leap-frogging their way up the seamy underbelly of Kansas City's food service industry. But even so, they're eager to please. There is nothing particularly exciting about Tanner's, but there's nothing really wrong with it either. As a nearby resident, it usually finds its way onto my evening route, either at the beginning, or at the end.
